Advocate Styles of Representation
We’re often asked why hire a person would hire an advocate when they can just as easily hire an attorney to represent their Social Security claim? The answer to this question is more complex than just choicing a source. For instance, attorneys practice law while disability advocates specialize in representing those applying for SSA disability benefits. Both have impressive win rates and both are clearly competent. However, there’re other issues to consider. Price and speed of service immediately comes to mind. Very often, the pleasant differences that make customers choose a disability advocate are embedded in our style of practice not in their titles.
